摘 要:为提高大倾角煤层综采工作面回采巷道留巷效果,以2101综采工作面回风顺槽为研究对象,结合回风顺槽现场情况,针对性设计了切顶卸压留巷技术方案,并进行了工程应用。2101回风顺槽切顶卸压留巷时,通过对顶板、上帮进行补强提高了顶板及巷帮的稳定性。在顶板靠近采面帮进行切顶卸压,降低了采动影响,并为回风顺槽留巷创造了良好的应力环境。通过袋装粉煤灰、U型钢及金属网进行挡矸支护,可避免采空区冒矸石入侵留巷空间。现场应用后,2101回风顺槽留巷段围岩变形量较小,不仅可以满足邻近采面回采需求,而且也取得了较好的经济及安全效益。In order to improve the retention effect of the mining roadway in the fully mechanized mining face with a large inclination angle,the return air duct of the 2101 fully mechanized mining face was taken as the research object.Based on the onsite situation of the return air duct,a targeted top cutting and pressure relief retention roadway technology scheme was designed and applied in engineering.When cutting the top of the 2101 return air duct to relieve pressure and retain the roadway,the stability of the roof and roadway was improved by reinforcing the roof and upper wall.Cutting the roof near the mining face to relieve pressure reduced the impact of mining and created a favorable stress environment for the return air to pass through the roadway.By using bagged fly ash,U-shaped steel,and metal mesh for gangue support,it was possible to prevent the intrusion of gangue into the roadway space in goaf areas.After on-site application,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the reserved roadway section of the 2101 return air duct was relatively small,which not only met the needs of adjacent mining face,but also achieved good economic and safety benefits.
