摘 要:为实现立井提升机尾绳可靠运行并增强提升机远程监控能力,结合现场情况针对性构建了基于无线通信的立井提升机尾绳远程视频监控系统,并进行了工程应用。针对立井使用环境复杂恶劣问题,给出了视频监控系统整体架构,设计了视频采集装置,并制定了通信网络构建方案。现场应用后,视频监控系统可实现提升机尾绳全范围实时监控,工程应用效果显著,具有较好的推广应用价值。In order to achieve reliable operation of the tail rope of the shaft hoist and enhance the remote monitoring capability of the hoist,a wireless communication based remote video monitoring system for the tail rope of the shaft hoist was constructed based on the on-site situation and applied in engineering.A video monitoring system architecture was proposed to address the complex and harsh usage environment of the shaft.A video capture device was designed,and a communication network construction scheme was developed.After on-site application,the video monitoring system can achieve real-time monitoring of the entire range of the hoist tail rope,and the engineering application effect is significant,with good promotion and application value.
