摘 要:为降低煤炭回采过程中底抽巷的采动影响,避免巷道围岩发生变形破坏,以11504底抽巷为研究对象,通过对底抽巷的地理位置及煤(岩)层赋存条件进行分析,提出了合理的巷道布置与支护设计方案,对设计的锚杆、锚网索等支护材料进行验算分析,经验算巷道锚索加固设计满足要求。选取底抽巷一试验段进行工业性试验,现场应用得出,通过采取锚网索联合支护技术能够有效控制巷道变形,支护效果良好。In order to reduce the mining impact of floor extraction roadway during coal mining and avoid deformation and damage to the surrounding rock of the roadway,the 11504 floor extraction roadway was taken as the research object.By analyzing the geographical location and coal(rock)layer occurrence conditions of the floor extraction roadway,a reasonable roadway layout and support design scheme was proposed.The designed support materials such as anchor rods and anchor mesh cables were verified and analyzed,and the empirical calculation showed that the roadway anchor cable reinforcement design met the requirements.An experimental section of the floor extraction roadway was selected for industrial testing,and on-site application showed that the use of anchor net cable combined support technology can effectively control the deformation of the roadway,and the support effect was good.
