综采工作面沿空留巷补强支护技术研究

摘  要:针对综采工作面沿空留巷段在采动压力影响下变形严重的问题,以山西省A矿6303运输巷为研究对象,结合巷道现场地质条件及邻近工作面采动压力分布规律,针对性提出沿空留巷补强支护技术并进行工程应用。现场应用后,6303运输巷沿空留巷期间围岩变形量整体较小,巷道围岩及支护体系保持稳定,断面可满足后续使用需要,表明现场采用的沿空留巷补强支护技术应用效果显著。In response to the serious deformation of the goaf retaining roadway section in the fully mechanized mining face under the influence of mining pressure,taking the 6303 transportation roadway of A Mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,combined with the geological conditions of the roadway site and the distribution law of mining pressure in adjacent working faces,targeted reinforcement support technology for goaf retaining roadway was proposed and applied in engineering.After on-site application,the overall deformation of the surrounding rock during the goaf retention period of 6303 transportation roadway was relatively small,and the surrounding rock and support system of the roadway remained stable,the cross-section can meet the needs of subsequent use,indicating that the reinforcement support technology for retaining roadway along goaf adopted on site had achieved significant results.
