摘  要:以S5205工作面为背景,结合该工作面实际地质情况,建立圆形孔洞周边应力分布力学模型,根据摩尔-库伦准则计算煤巷围岩塑性区破坏范围,确定相应的支护方案。研究结果表明,在超前应力影响下,煤巷顶板及两帮的塑性区破坏范围最大不超过1.0m。基于此设计了针对巷道围岩的锚杆索网联合支护方案,实现了对巷道围岩变形的良好控制。该支护方案在S5205工作面相关巷道应用良好,现场监测结果显示顶板及两帮变形量均处于安全范围内,保障了生产安全,提高了生产效率。Taking S5205 working face as the background and considering the actual geological conditions of the working face,the mechanical model of stress distribution around the circular hole was established,and the plastic failure range of the surrounding rock of the coal roadway was calculated by the Mohr-Coulomb criterion,and the corresponding support scheme was determined.The results showed that under the influence of advance stress,the maximum failure range of the plastic zone of the roof and the two sides of the coal roadway was not more than 1.0 m.Based on this,a combined support scheme of bolts,cables and mesh for the surrounding rock of the roadway was designed,which realized the good control of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The support scheme was well applied in the relevant roadway of S5205 working face,and the on-site monitoring results showed that the deformation of the roof and the two sides were within the safe range,which ensured the production safety and improved the production efficiency.
