摘 要:为提升智能化采煤工作面液压支架运行控制效果,以7203智能化采煤工作面为工程背景,结合现场条件、设备布置等情况,构建支架跟机移架控制方案并分析工程应用效果。现场应用该方案后,控制系统可根据采煤机实时位置、回采煤层赋存及顶板岩性情况等进行移架控制,不但可实现跟机移架,而且可确保顶板、煤壁及时支撑,为工作面煤炭高效回采创造了良好条件。In order to improve the operation control effect of hydraulic support in intelligent coal mining face,taking 7203 intelligent coal mining face as the engineering background,combined with site conditions,equipment layout and other situations,a support and machine moving control scheme was constructed and the engineering application effect was analyzed.After the onsite application of this scheme,the control system can control the movement of the roof based on the real-time position of the coal mining machine,the occurrence of the mined coal seam,and the lithology of the roof.This not only enabled the movement of the roof according to the machine,but also ensured timely support of the roof and coal wall,creating favorable conditions for efficient coal mining in the working face.
