摘 要:为解决煤矿井下水仓人工清理、矿车运输存在的效率低、劳动强度高、煤泥污染沿线巷道等问题,以山西一煤矿1采区及3采区水仓清理为工程背景,结合现场情况采用“沉淀池+排污泵+板框式压滤机+带式输送机”方式清理水仓。排污泵将水仓底部沉淀池内的煤泥水泵送至XMZ-100/1000-U型板框式压滤机进行脱水处理,得到含水率约30%的滤饼,用带式输送机运输至地面,滤液回流至水仓;依据水仓及巷道布置情况对清理设备布置情况进行分析。现场应用后,水仓清理耗时控制在12d以内,同时工作人员劳动强度显著降低,带式输送机转运的滤饼基本不会污染沿线巷道,应用效果显著。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and coal slurry pollution along the roadway caused by manual cleaning of coal mine underground water storage tanks and mining truck transportation,taking the cleaning of water storage tanks in mining areas 1 and 3 of a coal mine in Shanxi Province as the engineering background,combined with the onsite situation,a method of"sedimentation tank+sewage pump+plate and frame filter press+belt conveyor"was adopted to clean the water storage tanks.The sewage pump pumped the coal slurry in the sedimentation tank at the bottom of the water tank to the XMZ-100/1000-U plate and frame filter press for dehydration treatment,obtaining a filter cake with a moisture content of less than 30%.It was transported to the ground by a belt conveyor,and the filtrate flowed back to the water tank;according to the layout of the water tank and roadway,the arrangement of cleaning equipment was analyzed.After on-site application,the cleaning time of the water tank was controlled within 12 d,and the labor intensity of the staff was significantly reduced.The filter cake transported by the belt conveyor would not pollute the roadway along the line,and the application effect was significant.
