煤巷综掘机机载支护设备改造研究

摘　　要：为提高巷道掘进效率、缓解矿井采掘接替紧张问题,以2103运输巷使用的EBZ-160型综掘机为研究对象,提出对综掘机机械系统、液压系统进行改造,实现掘锚护一体化操作,降低支护耗时,从而提升综掘机掘进效率及安全保障能力。具体在EBZ-160型综掘机上增设前部支撑实现临时支护、上梁及铺网,通过前锚钻、后锚钻实现顶板及巷帮支护。在2103运输巷进行工程应用后,改造后的EBZ-160型综掘机运行平稳,巷道掘进进尺稳定在300m/月以上,实现了截割、支护等一体化操作,明显缩小了支护耗时,为巷道快速掘进创造了良好条件。In order to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation and alleviate the shortage of mining and excavation continuity in mines,the EBZ-160 fully mechanized heading machine used in 2103 transportation roadway was taken as the research object.It was proposed to transform the mechanical system and hydraulic system of the fully mechanized heading machine to achieve integrated operation of excavation,anchoring and support,reduce support time,and thus improve the excavation efficiency and safety guarantee capability of the fully mechanized heading machine.Specifically,a front support was added to the EBZ-160 fully mechanized heading machine to achieve temporary support,beam installation,and mesh laying.The roof and roadway support were achieved through front and rear anchor drills.After being applied in the engineering of the 2103 transportation roadway,the renovated EBZ-160 fully mechanized heading machine ran smoothly,and the roadway excavation footage remains stable at over 300 m per month,achieving integrated operations such as cutting and support,significantly reducing support time,and creating favorable conditions for rapid roadway excavation.
