摘 要:为解决综放工作面回风隅角瓦斯积聚、体积分数偏高的问题,以2311综放工作面回采为工程背景,在原来以高位钻孔为主的回风隅角瓦斯治理措施基础上,提出通过调节采面供风量、回风隅角布置瓦斯稀释器、靠近进风隅角位置布置挡风帘的方式进行回风隅角瓦斯综合治理。结合现场条件,对回风隅角瓦斯综合治理技术的布置方案进行详细设计,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,2311综放工作面回采期间回风隅角瓦斯体积分数控制在0.55%以内,表明现场使用的回风隅角瓦斯综合治理技术效果显著,可为综放工作面高效回采创造良好条件。In order to solve the problem of gas accumulation and high volume fraction of gas in the return air corner of fully mechanized caving face,based on the engineering background of 2311 fully mechanized caving face,and on the basis of the original measures of gas control in the return air corner mainly based on high level drilling,it was proposed to adjust the air supply volume of the mining face,arrange gas diluter in the return air corner,and arrange windscreen in the inlet air corner.According to the site conditions,the layout of gas control measures in the return air corner was designed in detail and applied in engineering.After field application,the volume fraction of gas in the return air corner during the stoping of 2311 fully mechanized caving face was controlled within 0.55%,which indicated that the gas control measures used in the field were effective and can create good conditions for efficient mining of the fully mechanized caving face.
