摘 要:焦作煤业(集团)新乡能源有限公司赵固二矿针对大采高工作面液压支架回撤难题,成功实践应用了全新支架快速回撤工艺。该工艺通过分阶段扩刷回撤通道、精密滑轨铺设,结合先进起吊装置实现支架自移和远距离操控,大幅提升了回撤效率,降低了人力资源成本,并显著增强了作业安全性。To address the challenge of hydraulic support withdrawal in the working face with large mining height in Zhaogu No.2 Mine of Xinxiang Energy Co.,Ltd.of Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group),a new rapid support withdrawal technology has been successfully implemented.This technology involves phased expansion of the withdrawal channel,precise installation of sliding rails,and the use of advanced lifting devices to enable self-moving and remote control of the supports.As a result,the withdrawal efficiency has been significantly improved,labor costs have been reduced,and operational safety has been greatly enhanced.
