摘 要:为探索覆岩离层注浆技术在煤矿工作面充填及地表沉降控制中的技术要点,以晋能控股煤业集团赵庄2号井为例,从注浆孔设计、注浆充填参数、浆液制备、钻进设备选配等方面提出离层注浆充填方案;并对覆岩离层注浆充填实施情况和充填效果展开分析。结果表明,覆岩离层注浆充填后减沉率明显提高,现场实测地表水平变形值大幅减小,地表结构物未出现破坏,为安全采煤提供了可靠保证。In order to explore the technical key points of overlying strata separation grouting technology in filling coal mine working faces and controlling surface subsidence,taking Zhaozhuang No.2 Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example,the grouting and filling scheme was proposed from the aspects of grouting hole design,grouting and filling parameters,slurry preparation and drilling equipment selection.The implementation and effectiveness of the overlying strata separation grouting and filling were analyzed.The results showed that the subsidence reduction rate significantly improved after the overlying strata separation grouting and filling,the measured surface horizontal deformation values were substantially reduced,and no damage occurred to surface structures,providing reliable assurance for safe coal mining.
