摘 要:刮板输送机的连续运转对煤矿生产具有重要影响。针对刮板输送机链条因开采环境恶劣、磨损程度高、连续运行等因素发生的卡链、断链、掉链等情况,提出了基于电流法的刮板输送机链条张紧自动控制方法,根据强迫扭转振动会带动电机电流波动的原理进行仿真模拟与实验验证,分析输送机溜槽在链条张紧力较小和较大情况下的电流波形图和频谱图,为解决刮板输送机链条故障提出有效解决思路,降低故障风险,保障输送机平稳持续运行。The continuous operation of scraper conveyors has an important impact on coal mine production.In view of the stuck chain,broken chain and falling chain of scraper chain due to harsh mining environment,high wear degree and continuous operation,an automatic control method of chain tensioning of scraper conveyors based on current method was proposed.Simulation and experimental verification were carried out according to the principle that forced torsional vibrations would drive motor current fluctuation.The current waveform diagram and spectrum diagram of conveyor chute with small and large chain tension were analyzed,and effective solutions were put forward to solve the chain fault of scraper conveyors,reduce the risk of fault,and ensure the stable and continuous operation of conveyors.
