摘 要:通过施加外加荷载作用及模拟混凝土碳化的方式,对比研究碳化深度以及外加荷载作用对混凝土抗压强度推定的影响。研究结果表明,在相同碳化深度情况下,弹性变形范围内,混凝土抗压强度推定值随着外加荷载的增大在一定程度内有所增加,随着外加荷载继续增大,抗压强度推定值变化趋于稳定并无明显增幅;在相同外加荷载作用下,随着碳化深度的增加,混凝土抗压强度推定值有所增大,当达到峰值后,随着碳化深度的增加,按照现行规范,强度推定值有所减小。通过对比试块抗压破坏强度值可知,4~6 MPa外加荷载作用下回弹法推定混凝土抗压强度更接近真实混凝土抗压强度,碳化深度修正在0~4.5 mm能够较好反映真实混凝土抗压强度,但当碳化深度大于4.5 mm后,按现行标准规范计算存在过渡修正情况。By applying external load and simulating the carbonation of concrete,a comparative study was carried out on the influence of the carbonation depth and the action of external load on the estimation of the compressive strength of concrete.The results show that,under the same carbonation depth,within the elastic deformation range,the estimated value of the compressive strength of concrete increases to a certain extent with the increase of the external load.As the external load continues to increase,the change of the estimated value of the compressive strength tends to be stable and there is no obvious increase.Under the same external load,with the increase of the carbonation depth,the estimated value of the compressive strength of concrete increases.After reaching the peak value,according to the current code,the estimated value of the strength decreases with the increase of the carbonation depth.By comparing the compressive failure strength values of the test blocks,it can be known that the estimated compressive strength of concrete by the rebound method under the action of an external load of 4 to 6 MPa is closer to the true compressive strength of concrete.The carbonation depth modification within 0 to 4.5 mm can better reflect the true compressive strength of concrete.However,when the carbonation depth is greater than 4.5 mm,there is an excessive modification situation according to the calculation of the current standard code.
