摘 要:为了研究人防工程柴油电站发电机房的降温措施,尤其是针对在改造过程中因柴油发电机组功率增加导致发电机房余热量增大问题,进行发电机房降温设计,确保柴油发电机组所需的运行环境条件。以某人防工程柴油电站改造为例,对风冷、水冷、蒸发冷却等多种方案进行理论计算,并结合改造工程中土建专业的受限条件,通过对各方案的可行性、合理性、经济性等进行综合分析比较和探讨,确定最适合该改造工程的“风冷+蒸发冷却”的降温方案,得到最优的降温效果。In order to study the cooling measures for the generator room of a diesel power station in a civil air defense project,especially for the increased residual heat in the generator room caused by the increase in the power of the diesel generator set during the renovation process,and to carry out the cooling design of the generator room to ensure the operating environmental conditions required by the diesel generator set.Taking the renovation of a diesel power station in a civil air defense project as an example,this paper conducts theoretical calculations on various schemes such as air cooling,water cooling,and evaporative cooling.Combining with the limited conditions of the civil engineering specialty in the renovation project,through comprehensive analysis,comparison and discussion of the feasibility,rationality,and economy of each scheme,the"air cooling+evaporative cooling"cooling scheme that is most suitable for this renovation project is determined,get the best cooling effect.
