摘 要:随着消费者对卷烟品质要求的提升,传统香料生产工艺已经无法满足市场需求。为解决卷烟香料静置后有沉淀、分层明显的问题,首先探讨了高压均质技术的基本原理,并分析了当前卷烟香料生产工艺的现状。其次通过实施高压均质化试验和均质频率时间实验,确定了高压均质技术的有效性。最后结合生产实际,提出了相应的应用措施,实现了提高香料分散度、防止沉淀、优化颗粒大小的目的,以此为相关人员提供实践参考。With the increasing consumer demand for cigarette quality,traditional flavor production processes can no longer meet market requirements.To address issues such as sedimentation and obvious stratification in cigarette flavors after standing,this study first explores the basic principles of high-pressure homogenization technology and analyzes the current status of cigarette flavor production processes.Through high-pressure homogenization experiments and homogenization frequency-time tests,the effectiveness of high-pressure homogenization technology is verified.Finally,combined with production practices,corresponding application measures are proposed to improve flavor dispersion,prevent sedimentation,and optimize particle size,providing practical references for relevant personnel.
