无损检测技术在水利工程质量检测中的应用研究

摘  要:为了进一步提升水利工程质量检测效率,同时体现无损检测技术在水利工程质量检测中的优越性,重点从技术原理、检测要求、检测过程等视角介绍了空气耦合声场检测、超声波检测和自然电位法三种技术。研究结果发现,三种技术各有特点,空气耦合声场检测需要科学选定环境参数;超声波检测技术需要科学把控扫描检测速度,并且要考虑耦合剂和环境影响因素;自然电位法则是通过电位差大小来判断工程结构质量。因此针对不同的工程检测需求应该科学选择检测方法。In order to further improve the efficiency of quality inspection of water conservancy projects and reflect the superiority of nondestructive testing technology in the quality inspection of water conservancy projects,this paper focuses on introducing three technologies,namely air-coupled acoustic field testing,ultrasonic testing and natural potential method from the perspectives of technical principles,testing requirements,testing processes,etc.The research results show that the three technologies have their own characteristics.Air-coupled acoustic field testing requires the scientific selection of environmental parameters.Ultrasonic testing technology requires the scientific control of the scanning and testing speed,and the influencing factors of coupling agents and the environment should be considered.The natural potential method judges the quality of the engineering structure through the magnitude of the potential difference.Therefore,the testing methods should be scientifically selected according to different engineering testing requirements.
