摘 要:2022年夏秋长江流域遭遇严重干旱,汉江兴隆水利枢纽来水较往年减少1/2,兴隆河段因航深不足而几近断航。为此,研究了船闸通航水深不足的影响因素,复盘了2022年10月兴隆枢纽通航应急调度过程,分析了不同调度阶段主要影响因素。发现航深不足与“清水下泄”、河床可动性强、局部航道整治、引江济汉补水减少、干流汉口水位顶托减轻等因素有关;在调度前期,区间支流洪水入汇、灌溉闸取水减少、引江济汉工程补水增加等对抬高水位、增大航深的作用明显;调度中后期,干流洪峰上涨、汉口水位抬升等对稳定水位、维持航深的作用更突出。In the summer and autumn of 2022,the Yangtze River basin suffered the worst drought.The runoff of the Xinglong hydro-junction on Hanjiang River was reduced by half compared with previous years.The navigation lock was cut off due to insufficient navigation depth.The influencing factors of insufficient navigable depth of lock were studied.The study shows that it is related to the factors such as"discharge of low sediment concentration",strong riverbed mobility,local channel regulation,the reduction of diversion water from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River,and reduction of water level uplift in Hankou.This paper replays the process of Xinglong emergency navigation dispatching in October 2022,and in the early stage of dispatching,the factors such as overlapped the inflow of interval tributaries,reduced water intake from irrigation sluices,and increased water supply from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River play a greater role in increasing water level and navigation depth;In the later stage of the dispatching,the factors such as rising flood peak in the main stream,and rising water level in Hankou play a greater role in stabilizing the water level and the navigation depth.
