摘 要:为明确不同试验制度对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)抗冲磨性能的影响,通过单掺与混掺纤维的方式,研究不同试验制度下UHPC的抗冲磨性能,探讨不同试验制度对UHPC抗冲磨性能影响。结果表明,水下钢球法(1200 r/min)测得UHPC的抗冲磨强度为(51.0~71.6)h/(kg/m^(2)),随着纤维掺量(1.0%~2.0%)的增加而增大。掺入纤维后抗冲磨强度增长幅度为8%~41%,最优组为单掺2%体积掺量钢纤维组。高速水下钢球法(4000 r/min)测得UHPC的抗冲磨强度仅有(8.0~17.6)h/(kg/m^(2)),掺入纤维后抗冲磨强度增长幅度为2.5%~120.0%,最优组为1%钢纤维与1%聚丙烯纤维混掺组,随着纤维掺量的增加,抗冲磨强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。水下钢球法动力小,钢珠难以突破纤维构成的三维网络,试块磨蚀特征并不明显,表面中心处纤维并未裸露,不能准确反映UHPC抗冲磨性能;高速水下钢球法动力大,磨蚀特征明显,表面磨蚀均匀,且花费时间少,磨蚀效率高,能准确反映出UHPC的抗冲磨性能。In order to clarify the influence of different test systems on the anti-abrasion performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),the impact and abrasion resistance of UHPC under different test regimes were investigated by single blending and fiber blending.The results show that the impact resistance of UHPC measured by underwater steel ball method(1200 r/min)is 51.0-71.6 h/(kg/m^(2)),which increases with the increase of fiber doping(1.0%-2.0%).The increase in impact strength after fiber doping is 8%-41%,and the optimal group is the single doped 2%volume doped steel fiber group.High-speed underwater steel ball method(4000 r/min)measured UHPC impact abrasion strength is only 8.0-17.6 h/(kg/m^(2)),the fiber doped impact abrasion strength growth of 2.5%-120.0%,the optimal group is 1%steel fibers and 1%polypropylene fibers blended group,with the increase in the amount of fiber doped impact abrasion strength shows a tendency of increasing and then decreasing.The power of underwater steel ball method is small.The steel ball is difficult to break through the three-dimensional network composed of fibers.The abrasion characteristics of the specimen is not obvious.The center of the surface fiber is not exposed,and it can not accurately respond to the anti-abrasion performance of the UHPC.High-speed underwater steel ball method has large power,the abrasion characteristics is obvious,the surface abrasion is uniformity and spends less time,abrasion efficiency is high,which can accurately reflect the anti-abrasion performance of the UHPC.
