摘 要:水工大体积薄壁类结构采用的混凝土具有发热快、温升高、温差大等特性,且施工期温度时空梯度大,故混凝土温度监测频次高、温度控制难度大。为此,基于物联网设备与技术,研发了一种适用于大体积薄壁类混凝土的自动温度测控系统,并改进了冷却水流量控制算法。该系统可根据指定频次自动监测混凝土温度,每小时自动调节混凝土冷却水流量和水温,增加了无线流量测量系统、电量监控功能、报告生成等功能,能避免因混凝土温控措施调整不及时而造成的开裂风险,提高了混凝土施工质量。系统在陶家路泵站施工期间进行了测试,结果表明,该系统能够更好地实现水工大体积薄壁混凝土施工期的温度自动控制,提升了预报预警的及时性和数据的完整性,且方便、准确、高效、经济。The concrete used in large volume thin-walled structures in hydraulic engineering has the characteristics of fast heating,high temperature rise,and large temperature difference.The temperature gradient in space and time during construction is large,so the frequency of concrete temperature monitoring is high and the temperature control is difficult.Therefore,based on the equipment and technology of the Internet of Things,an automatic temperature measurement and control system suitable for large volume thin-walled concrete is developed,and the cooling water flow control algorithm is improved.The system can automatically monitor the temperature of concrete according to the specified frequency,automatically adjust the flow and temperature of concrete cooling water every hour.Three new functions are developed,including wireless flow measurement,power monitoring,report generation.It can avoid the risk of cracking caused by the belated adjustment of concrete temperature control measures,and improve the quality of concrete construction.The system is tested during the construction of Taojialu pump station.The results show that the system can better realize the automatic temperature control of hydraulic mass thin-wall concrete during construction and improves the timeliness of forecast and early warning and the integrity of data,and it is convenient,accurate,efficient and economical.
