摘 要:为研究往复疲劳荷载下再生钢纤维增强混凝土裂纹发展及损伤演化规律,开展了不同纤维体积掺量(V_(f)=10%、15%、20%)和长径比(l/φ=30、60、90)钢纤维增强混凝土往复轴压试验,通过声发射技术追踪钢纤维增强混凝土的损伤累积过程及破坏类型。试验结果表明,在单调或往复疲劳荷载下混凝土累积AE信号曲线均呈现“缓-陡-缓”三阶段特征,AE信号数与纤维体积掺量成正比,与纤维长径比成反比;素混凝土试件的RA值(800 ms/V)低于钢纤维增强混凝土试件(1400 ms/V),钢纤维增强混凝土的破坏模式以拉伸裂缝为主,而素混凝土以剪切裂缝为主。To study the crack development and damage evolution of recycled steel fiber reinforced concrete under cyclic fatigue loading,steel fiber reinforced concrete reciprocating axial compression test was carried out under different fiber volume ratios(V_(f)=10%,15%,20%)and aspect ratios(l/φ=30,60,90).The acoustic emission technology was used to track the damage accumulation process and failure type of steel fiber reinforced concrete.The experimental results show that under monotonic or reciprocating fatigue loads,the cumulative AE signal curve of concrete exhibits a three-stage characteristics of"slow-steep-slow".The number of AE signals is directly proportional to the fiber volume fraction and inversely proportional to the fiber length to diameter ratio;The RA value of plain concrete specimens(800 ms/V)is lower than that of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens(1400 ms/V).The failure mode of steel fiber reinforced concrete is mainly tensile cracks,while plain concrete is mainly shear cracks.
