摘 要:在“双碳”战略目标的引领下,新能源进入快速发展时期,抽水蓄能电站作为调节电源与光伏进行配套开发,可解决光伏电量消纳难的问题,利于充分开发利用光伏资源。对此基于抽水蓄能电站与光伏配套开发互补运行模型,对各方案进行8760 h运行模拟,并根据弃光率、光蓄整体发电量、开发成本等冲突目标建立综合评价体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法对各方案进行综合评价。结果表明,抽水蓄能电站与光伏配套开发模式下,各方案光伏弃光率相较于无抽水蓄能方案下降了28%~34%,并采用熵权TOPSIS法对抽水蓄能电站与光伏配套开发各方案进行综合评价,评价结果合理,与实际配套开发需求相符,验证了8760 h运行模型与熵权TOPSIS法在抽水蓄能电站与光伏配套开发配置中的可行性。Driven by the strategic goal of"carbon peaking and neutrality",new energy entered a period of rapid development.As a regulating power source,pumped storage power stations were developed in tandem with photovoltaics to address the challenge of photovoltaic power consumption and facilitate the full exploitation and utilization of photovoltaic resources.In relation to the integrated development of pumped storage power stations and photovoltaics,a study proposed a complementary operation model for this integration.An 8760-hour operation simulation was conducted for each scheme,and a comprehensive evaluation system was established based on conflicting objectives such as photovoltaic curtailment rate,overall power generation from photovoltaics and pumped storage,and development cost.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was adopted to comprehensively evaluate each scheme.The results indicate that under the integrated development model of pumped storage power stations and photovoltaics,the photovoltaic curtailment rate of each scheme has decreased by 28%to 34%compared to scenarios without pumped storage.The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate each scheme for the integrated development of pumped storage power stations and photovoltaics,and the evaluation results are reasonable and consistent with actual development needs.This verifies the feasibility of the 8760-hour operation model and the entropy weight TOPSIS method in the configuration of integrated development of pumped storage power stations and photovoltaics.
