抽水蓄能电站油槽气体压力试验及内流场特性研究

摘  要:抽水蓄能机组转速较高,油槽中润滑油波动比较剧烈,极易引起轴承油槽甩油及油雾问题。为探究油槽在不同工况下的气体压力分布,对推力轴承和下导轴承在发电空载工况、抽水调相工况,以及油雾吸收装置在不同阀门开度下的若干测点进行气体压力试验。并在此基础上,建立了简化的推力轴承和下导轴承几何模型,通过对比模型与试验测点压力值,肯定了模型的准确性与可靠性。最后,对于推力轴承和下导轴承内流场进行分析。结果表明,在空载发电工况下,油槽测点压力变化主要受到主轴离心力的影响。当油雾吸收装置的阀门开度在50%时,能够形成一定压差,将油槽上方的油雾排出。随着阀门开度增大,压差进一步增大,油槽内部的油雾能够以更快的速度、更短的时间被排出。油槽的温度场、压力场、速度场及润滑油分布情况主要受重力、离心力及润滑油冷却方式的影响。The speed of the pumped storage unit is high,and the fluctuation of the lubricating oil in the oil sink is severe,which can easily cause the problem of oil rejection and oil mist in the bearing oil sink.In order to explore the gas pressure distribution of the oil sink under different working conditions,this paper carried out gas pressure tests on several measuring points of the thrust bearing and the lower guide bearing under the no-load condition of power generation,the phase modulation condition of pumping,and the oil mist absorption device under different valve openings.On this basis,a simplified geometric model of thrust bearing and lower guide bearing were established.By comparing the pressure values of the model and the test points,the accuracy and reliability of the model were confirmed.Finally,the internal flow field of thrust bearing and lower guide bearing was analyzed.The results show that the pressure change of the oil groove measuring point is mainly affected by the centrifugal force of the main shaft under the condition of no-load power generation.When the valve opening of the oil mist absorption device is 50%,a certain pressure difference can be formed to discharge the oil mist above the oil sink.As the valve opening increases,the pressure difference will further increase,and the oil mist inside the oil sink can be discharged at a faster speed and in a shorter time.The temperature field,pressure field,velocity field and lubricating oil distribution of the oil sink are mainly affected by gravity,centrifugal force and lubricating oil cooling mode.
