摘　　要：进入现代社会以来,人类社会发展进程曲折起伏,各国探索现代化道路的历程充满艰辛。西方资本主义国家形成以资本为中心的现代化发展模式,使得金融垄断问题长期阻碍社会经济发展。新自由主义对自由竞争市场的鼓吹,使其在理论层面上既反对金融垄断的形成,又无法对金融垄断问题提出有效的治理方案,无法为现代化建设指明前进道路。中国式现代化在马克思主义的指导下,创造性地将“人民性”渗入金融工作当中。习近平总书记在中央金融工作会议上强调“建设金融强国”,肯定金融赋能高质量发展,从“坚持以人民为中心的价值取向”出发,对金融工作的本质进行了原创性回答,并将其实际应用于中国金融改革实践,为维护全球金融稳定、推进发展中国家金融改革提供了新的理论和方案。Since the advent of modern society,the development of human society has been full of twists and turns,and the journey of the countries exploring the path to modernisation has been fraught with difficulties.Western capitalist countries have formed a modernisation development model centred on capital,which has long hindered socio-economic development due to financial monopoly issues.Neoliberalism's advocacy for free competition markets theoretically opposes the formation of financial monopolies,yet it fails to propose effective governance solutions for financial monopoly problems,thus failing to illuminate a path forward for modernisation.Guided by Marxism,Chinese-style modernisation innovatively infuses“people-oriented”principles into financial work.Xi Jinping emphasised at the Central Financial Work Conference the importance of“building a strong financial nation”,affirming the role of finance in empowering high-quality development.Starting from a“people-centred value orientation”,he provides an original answer to the essence of financial work and applies it in practice to China's financial reforms.This approach offers new theories and solutions for maintaining global financial stability and advancing financial reforms in developing countries.
