摘　　要：安源路矿工人消费合作社红色股票是中国共产党领导下发行的第一张股票,具有考证工人运动史与中国金融史的历史价值、红色育人的教育价值、发展红色产业与弘扬红色精神的文化经济等价值。新时代保护与利用红色股票应结合现代数字技术、创新与发展文物理论、加强红色文化交流与合作,提升红色文物教育属性等方面思考,从而提升红色股票解释特定历史的张力。The red stock of Anyuan Road Mining Workers'Consumer Cooperative is the first stock issued under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It has the historical value of examining the history of workers'movement and China's financial history,the educational value of red education,the cultural and economic value of developing red industry and carrying forward the red spirit.The protection and utilization of red stocks in the new era should be combined with modern digital technology,innovation and development of cultural relics theory,strengthening red cultural exchanges and cooperation,and improving the educational attributes of red cultural relics,so as to enhance the tensionof red stocks in explaining specific history.
