摘  要:核级组合式空调机组可用于对核电厂进风空气的过滤、冷却、消声、送风及加湿,提供适宜的室内空气条件。机组所承受的载荷包含自重、内压、地震载荷和风管载荷,为提高产品抗震试验的成功率,并有效降低开发成本,在产品设计阶段对所涉及的机组进行施加载荷和抗震分析,以获得其结构的薄弱点。本文按NB/T20038-2011、ASME规范要求,利用ANSYS软件,采用有限元分析方法对设备在各种使用限制条件下进行应力组合和评定,确定该机组在给定载荷作用下能否满足相关规范的要求,进而采取相应的补强或优化改进措施。The nuclear grade combined air conditioning unit can be used to filter,cool,silence,supply air and humidify the inlet air of nuclear power plant,and provide suitable indoor air conditions.The load of the unit includes self-weight,internal pressure,seismic load and duct load.In order to improve the success rate of product seismic test and effectively reduce the development cost,the load and seismic analysis of the unit involved in the product design stage are carried out to obtain the weak points of its structure.According to the requirements of NB/T20038-2011 and ASME codes,this paper uses ANSYS software and finite element analysis method to carry out stress combination and evaluation of the equipment under various use restrictions,to determine whether the unit can meet the requirements of relevant codes under a given load,and then take corresponding reinforcement or optimization improvement measures.
