摘 要:基于快速切换盲板的工作原理,本文深入分析了其在煤制氢装置应用中因煤粉结垢而导致的内腔堵塞、阀门失效等问题,并针对这些问题设计出阀体密封面自清洁结构。该结构可随着盲板的滑动切换将阀体密封面上粘合的煤粉和结垢等自动挤压切断、刮除。本文还提出了刮除驱动力的计算方法和关键零件材料的选用原则,通过实验验证该结构的有效性,并对煤制氢装置中盲板的几处典型工况进行了应用分析。分析结果表明,采用自清洁结构的快速切换盲板可有效缩短抽堵作业时间,提升作业效率,增强装置的本质安全。Based on the working principle of the fast switching blind plate,this paper deeply analyzes the problems such as inner cavity blockage and valve failure caused by pulverized coal fouling in the application of coal-to-hydrogen device,and designs the self-cleaning structure of the valve body sealing surface for these problems.The structure can automatically squeeze,cut off and scrape the pulverized coal and fouling adhered to the sealing surface of the valve body with the sliding switching of the blind plate.In this paper,the calculation method of scraping driving force and the selection principle of key parts materials are also proposed.The effectiveness of the structure is verified by experiments,and several typical working conditions of the blind plate in the coal-to-hydrogen device are analyzed.The analysis results show that the fast switching blind plate with self-cleaning structure can effectively shorten the operation time,improve the operation efficiency and enhance the intrinsic safety of the device.
