摘  要:气动执行机构是用气压力驱动包括球阀、蝶阀和旋塞阀等90°部分回转类阀门的执行装置,广泛应用于化工、电力、石油天然气、冶金和食品等工业领域。本文介绍了一种模块化单作用拨叉式气动执行机构,利用压缩空气及其他气体为动力源实现执行机构的转动,通过弹簧作用实现回位,从而实现控制阀门的开关。本文阐述了该机构的工作原理和关键技术,包括模块化结构设计、液压手动泵的隐藏式设计、大扭矩气动驱动技术、超长寿命设计和防腐保护设计等,并对产品进行了性能试验及扭矩测试,结果表明该产品可以满足运行需求。本研究为国内气动执行机构工程项目应用提供了有效的技术支持,并为相关领域的设计研究提供了有益的参考经验。Pneumatic actuator is an actuator that uses gas pressure to drive 90°partial rotary valves,including ball valves,butterfly valves and plug valves.It is widely used in chemical,electric power,oil and gas,metallurgy and food industries.This paper introduces a modular single-acting fork pneumatic actuator,which uses compressed air and other gases as the power source to realize the rotation of the actuator,and realizes the return position through the spring action,so as to realize the switch of the control valve.This paper describes the working principle and key technologies of the mechanism,including modular structure design,hidden design of hydraulic manual pump,high torque pneumatic drive technology,ultra-long life design and anti-corrosion protection design.The performance test and torque test of the product are carried out,and the results show that the product can meet the operation requirements.This study provides effective technical support for the application of domestic pneumatic actuator engineering projects,and provides useful reference experience for design research in related fields.
