Analysis and Treatment of Electric Regulation Valve Rejection in Steam Atmospheric Discharge System on Nuclear Power Station

摘  要:某三代核电厂蒸汽大气排放系统(VDA)电动调节阀在执行TP-RRC-111试验(用于检查装料后VDA蒸汽压力控制通道的余热排出能力)期间,因蒸汽排放控制阀(MSRCV)触发电动头关力矩报警而导致电动调节阀1VDA1210/2210/4210VV无法关闭。根据该阀门的动作逻辑,从阀门关闭力矩不足、阀杆螺纹与提升螺母之间润滑不足、阀门内部件卡涩、主阀瓣上下腔室压差较大等方面进行分析,确认可能性最高的故障原因是主阀瓣上下腔室存在较大压差,其次是阀门关闭力矩不足。根据分析结果对阀体进行改造实施后,故障得以消除。During the TP-111 test(used to check the residual heat removal capacity of VDA steam pressure control channel after loading),the steam discharge control valve(MSRCV)triggered the electric closing torque alarm,causing the electric control valve 1VDA1210/2210/4210VV could not be turned off.According to the operation logic of the valve,it is analyzed from the aspects of insufficient closing torque of the valve,insufficient lubrication between the valve stem thread and lifting nut,the parts in the valve are jammed,and the valve main plug have pressure difference between the upper and lower chamber.It is confirmed that the most likely reason for the failure is that there is a large pressure difference in the upper and lower chambers of the valve main plug,followed by insufficient closing torque of the valve.After the transformation of the valve body according to the analysis results,the fault was eliminated.
