摘 要:为检验用于大型高温气冷堆的双旁通主蒸汽隔离阀在高压条件下的密封性能,本文设计了一种可快速拆装的密封性试验装置。以12寸隔离阀为例,本文提出并完成其双旁通阀的试验装置;通过有限元软件分析该机构在试验载荷下的应力和变形,并通过响应面分析优化支撑板的质量。最后通过试验验证了装置的可靠性,成功解决了双旁通阀的密封性试验问题。研究表明,所设计的试验装置不仅具备良好的试验性能,还具有快速拆装功能。经过优化,支撑板质量减少了14.61%,提高了经济效益。该装置具有较强的推广性,适用于多种类型的旁通阀密封性试验。In order to test the sealing performance of a double-bypass main steam isolation valve used in a large high-temperature gas-cooled reactor under high-pressure conditions,a sealing test device that can be quickly disassembled and assembled is designed.Taking the 12-inch isolation valve as an example,the test device for its double bypass valve is proposed and completed;the stress and deformation of the mechanism under the test load are analyzed by finite element software,and the quality of the support plate is optimized by response surface analysis.Finally,the reliability of the device is verified through the test,and the sealing test problem of the double bypass valve is successfully solved.The study shows that the designed test device not only has good test performance,but also has the function of quick disassembly and assembly.After optimization,the mass of the support plate is reduced by 14.61%,which improves the economic efficiency.The device has strong generalizability and is suitable for sealing test of many types of bypass valves.
