摘 要:随钻测量(MWD)中正脉冲发生器的旋转阀控制模型对信号传递的理论分析至关重要。现有研究多基于薄壁孔流量特性理论分析旋转阀处的流量与压差关系,未考虑完整钻井液循环系统中脉冲的双向传播特性。本文建立了适用于完整钻井液循环系统的旋转阀脉冲传播模型,并采用特征线法求解。结果显示,在某油田的3400 m井中,旋转阀处产生的正脉冲传播至立管处的衰减幅值约为0.26 MPa,传播时间约为1.6 s,井底压力结果模拟值与实测数据在脉冲幅值和出现时间上基本一致,表明该模型具有一定准确性,为钻井作业中MWD现场应用提供了一定的理论指导。The control model of the rotary valve in the positive pulse generator of Measurement While Drilling(MWD)is crucial for the theoretical analysis of signal transmission.Existing research mostly analyzes the relationship between flow rate and pressure difference at the rotary valve based on the flow characteristics theory of thin-walled orifices,but fails to consider the bidirectional propagation characteristics of pulses in the complete drilling fluid circulation system.This paper establishes a pulse propagation model of the rotary valve suitable for the complete drilling fluid circulation system and solves it using the method of characteristics.The results show that in a 3400 m well of a certain oilfield,the positive pulse generated at the rotary valve attenuates by about 0.26 MPa when propagating to the standpipe,with a propagation time of about 1.6 s.The simulated bottomhole pressure results are basically consistent with the measured data in terms of pulse amplitude and occurrence time.The model has a certain degree of accuracy and provides theoretical guidance for the field application of MWD in drilling operations.
