摘 要:主蒸汽释放隔离阀作为核电厂安全系统的重要组成部分,其传热性能对于确保核电厂的安全运行至关重要。传统计算主阀温度变化的方法是在内壁面施加一个恒定的温度,该方法难以准确体现主阀的温度变化。本文通过建立主蒸汽释放隔离阀的共轭传热数值模型,对阀门本身及内部流场的温度、压力特征进行研究,揭示了主蒸汽释放隔离阀在传热过程中的主要影响因素。同时验证了在不同对流换热系数下主阀结构的温度变化,为主蒸汽释放隔离阀的结构设计及运行操作提供理论依据及数据基础。As a critical component of the safety system in nuclear power plants,the heat transfer performance of the main steam release isolation valve is essential for ensuring safe operation.Traditional methods for calculating the temperature variation of the main valve involve applying a constant temperature to the inner wall,which fails to accurately reflect the actual temperature changes of the valve.This study establishes a numerical model of conjugate heat transfer for the main steam release isolation valve,analyzing the temperature and pressure characteristics of the valve and its internal flow field,and the main influencing factors of the main steam release isolation valve in the heat transfer process are revealed.Additionally,the study verifies the temperature variation of the valve structure under different convective heat transfer coefficients,providing theoretical guidance and data support for the structural design and operational optimization of the main steam release isolation valve.
