摘 要:石化设备中阀门的安全检查是提升石化行业安全生产水平的关键环节。随着现代检测技术的快速发展,各类先进检测方法在工业领域得到了广泛应用。本文聚焦于石化设备阀门的在线检测技术,开发出具备高效、精确及非接触式特点的安全检测方法,有效解决传统检测手段的局限性。通过系统分析阀门安全隐患特征,探讨在线检测技术在阀门维护中的应用策略,构建了涵盖状态监测、故障诊断和预防性维护的技术体系。研究成果可为石化装置的安全运行提供理论支撑,对提升设备维护效率、降低非计划停机风险具有显著的实践价值。The safety inspection of valves in petrochemical equipment is a key link in improving the safety production level of the petrochemical industry.With the rapid development of modern detection technology,various advanced detection methods have been widely applied in the industrial field.This study focuses on the online detection technology of petrochemical equipment valves,and develops a safety detection method with efficient,accurate,and non-contact characteristics,effectively solving the limitations of traditional detection methods.By systematically analyzing the characteristics of valve safety hazards and exploring the application strategies of online detection technology in valve maintenance,a technical system covering condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,and preventive maintenance has been constructed.The research results can provide theoretical support for the safe operation of petrochemical plants,and have significant practical value in improving equipment maintenance efficiency and reducing unplanned downtime risks.
