摘  要:随着我国数字中国进程的全面推进,智慧城市的概念被各行业领域广泛接受并全面推广,作为输水行业的水利水务领域,智慧化尚处于较为落后的地位。加快智慧水利水务建设需夯实设备物联网底层基础,重点在于推动输水设备的智慧化升级,精准匹配输水系统的智慧化需求。本文提出一种基于设备的智慧输水系统设计方案,从技术可行性、经济性、社会效益及环境效益四方面论证其可行性。通过模拟试验和案例对比,验证了智慧输水系统在降低漏损率、优化能耗、提升系统安全性和提升管理效率方面的潜力,为水利输配水、城市供水与农业灌溉系统的智能化改造提供理论支持。With the comprehensive advancement of China s digital China process,the concept of smart city has been widely accepted and comprehensively promoted in various industries.As the water conservancy and water affairs field of the water conveyance industry,intelligence is still in a relatively backward position.To speed up the construction of intelligent water conservancy and water affairs,it is necessary to consolidate the underlying foundation of the equipment Internet of things,focusing on promoting the intelligent upgrading of water conveyance equipment and accurately matching the intelligent needs of water conveyance system.This paper proposes a design scheme of intelligent water conveyance system based on equipment,and demonstrates its feasibility from four aspects:technical feasibility,economy,social benefit and environmental benefit.Through simulation experiments and case comparison,the potential of intelligent water delivery system in reducing leakage rate,optimizing energy consumption,improving system safety and improving management efficiency is verified,which provides theoretical support for the intelligent transformation of water conservancy water distribution,urban water supply and agricultural irrigation system.
