摘 要:文中探讨了碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料采用氩气保护下的钎焊可行性。通过试验表明,使用合适的焊接材料,以及合适的钎焊温度、保温时间等,能使钎料在母材上铺展,并形成良好的接头。接头剪切试验表明,当钎焊温度为575℃时接头的剪切强度最高,达到了90.8 MPa,为母材强度的63.6%。通过金相组织观察和XRD,发现接头中熔入了SiC颗粒,说明母材向钎缝发生了扩散,适量的扩散有利于提高接头强度。断口扫描结果表明,接头属于韧性断裂。This paper discusses the feasibility of brazing of silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites under argon gas protection.Tests have shown that the use of suitable solder materials,as well as the appropriate soldering temperature,holding time,etc.,can spread the solder on the base material and form a good joint.The joint shear test showed that the joint had the highest shear strength when the brazing temperature was 575 ℃,reaching 90.8 MPa,which was 63.6% of the base metal strength.Through metallographic observation and XRD,it was found that SiC particles were melted into the joint,indicating that the base metal was diffused to the brazing joint,and proper diffusion was beneficial to improve joint strength.Fracture scanning results show that the joint is a ductile fracture.
