摘 要:稳压器为压水堆核电站反应堆冷却剂系统的主要设备之一,其低合金钢接管嘴与不锈钢安全端异种钢的焊接质量对整个核电站一回路系统的安全、稳定运行至关重要。通常需要在低合金钢侧堆焊奥氏体或镍基合金隔离层以缓解异种钢在熔点、热导率、比热容、线膨胀系数、电磁性等方面的差异,同时避免在熔合区附近形成脆性化合物,然而随着一体化封头成型技术的逐步成熟及应用,该种制造工艺方法对稳压器的制造周期和成本产生了明显影响。为了消除堆焊隔离层对制造周期和成本的影响,分析采用Inconel 690合金焊接无隔离层异种钢可能性,针对稳压器低合金钢接管嘴与奥氏体不锈钢安全端开展了异种钢无隔离层的带衬垫和不带衬垫对接焊工艺试验,并经无损检测和理化试验证明了试验接头的可靠性和安全性,为后期焊接工艺评定和工程化应用奠定了基础。The Pressurizer is one of the main equipment in the coolant system of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.The welding quality of dissimilar steel between low-alloy steel nozzle and the stainless steel safety end is crucial for the safe and stable operation of the entire primary loop system of the nuclear power plant.It is usually necessary to weld the buttering of austenite or nickel based alloy on the low-alloy steel to alleviate the differences of of the dissimilar steels in melting point,thermal conductivity,specific heat capacity,linear expansion coefficient,electromagnetics,etc.while avoiding the formation of brittle compounds near the fusion zone.However,with the gradual maturity and application of integratIve head forming technology,this manufacturing process method has had a significant impact on the manufacturing cycle and cost of the pressurizer.In order to eliminate the impact of welding buttering on manufacturing cycle and cost,the possibility of using Inconel 690 alloy to weld dissimilar steel was analyzed.The butt welding process test of dissimilar steel non-buttering with and without lining was carried out for the low alloy steel nozzle and austenitic stainless steel safe end of the pressurizer.The reliability and safety of the test joint were proved by non-destructive testing,physical and chemical tests,and and the foundation for later welding process evaluation and engineering application was laid.
