摘　　要：砂芯的水分含量在浇注时是影响铸件质量的一个重要因素,砂芯水分含量高,铸件容易产生气孔、表面粗糙度高、夹砂等缺陷。阐述了砂芯在不同湿度存储条件下的水分含量,为砂芯存储湿度的选择及设备选型提供参考意见。The moisture content of sand core is an important factor affecting the quality of castings when pouring,and the high moisture content of sand core makes the castings prone to defects such as porosity,high surface roughness and sand entrapment.The moisture content of sand core under different humidity storage conditions was described to provide reference for the selection of storage humidity of sand core and equipment selection.
