摘 要:3D打印呋喃树脂砂芯成型后需要一个反应固化的过程,常温条件下随放置时间延长强度会逐渐增加。除此之外,使用烘烤加热也可加速此过程。通过调整加热温度及加热时间,研究加热对3D打印砂芯成型后强度的影响。结果表明:在60~120℃范围内,烘烤对成型后强度有明显的提升。随着温度的升高,强度先提升后略微下降;随着时间的增加,强度基本呈下降趋势。使用合适的后处理加热工艺可有效提升3D打印砂芯成型后强度。3D printing furan resin sand core requires a reaction curing process after molding,and the strength will gradually increase with the extension of placement time at room temperature.In addition to this,the use of baking heat can also speed up this process.By adjusting the heating temperature and heating time,the effect of heating on the strength of 3D printing sand core after forming was studied.The results showed that in the range of 60~120 °C,the strength of baking was significantly improved.With the increase of temperature,the intensity first increased and then decreased slightly.With the increase of time,the increase in intensity showed a downward trend.The use of appropriate post-treatment heating process can effectively improve the strength of 3D printing sand core after molding.
