摘　　要：通过将不同配比的醋酸钾、硅酸乙酯(水解液)、醋酸、植物油及淀粉分别与膨润土进行球磨,探究以上不同添加剂在不同参数下对膨润土水化性能影响以及球磨处理后的膨润土对粘土湿型砂性能影响。研究表明:在最佳处理参数下,各添加剂与膨润土球磨混合后,胶质价均稳定在100ml/3g,膨润值均得以提高,其中添加植物油与硅酸乙酯(水解液)的膨润土的膨润值分别达到了77ml/3g和79ml/3g,相比原土提升50%以上,膨胀容与膨润值的变化趋势基本一致,使用添加剂作用的膨润土混制的粘土砂性能均有所提升,添加醋酸的膨润土对型砂湿压强度提升23%,添加硅酸乙酯(水解液)的膨润土的热湿拉强度可达到4 kPa。Through different ratios of potassium acetate,ethyl silicate(hydrolyzed liquid),acetic acid,vegetable oil and starch were ball milled with bentonite,to explore the above different additives in different parameters on the hydration properties of bentonite as well as the impact of ball milled bentonite on the performance of clay wet sand.The study shows that:under the optimal processing parameters,the additives and bentonite ball milling mix,the gum price are stable at 100ml/3g,the expansion value can be improved,including the addition of vegetable oil and ethyl silicate(hydrolyzed liquid) bentonite expansion value reached 77ml/3g and 79ml/3g,compared to the original soil to enhance the more than 50%,the expansion capacity and the expansion value of the trend is basically the same,the use of Additives role of bentonite blended clay sand performance are improved,adding acetic acid bentonite sand wet compression strength increased by 23%,adding ethyl silicate(hydrolyzed liquid) bentonite hot wet tensile strength can reach 4kPa.
