摘  要:砂型铸造是应用最多的一种铸造方式,砂型(芯)表面施涂涂料旨在减少铸件表面缺陷,提高铸件产品质量。涂层厚度作为影响铸造涂料使用性能的主要指标,直接影响铸件质量。本文以醇基涂料刷涂为研究对象,分析涂料波美度和刷涂次数对涂层厚度的影响。常规铸钢件砂型刷涂3次可以满足涂层厚度要求,特定产品则需根据产品规格改变刷涂次数。Sand casting is one of the most widely used casting methods,and the coating on the surface of sand mold(core) is designed to reduce the surface defects of castings and improve the quality of casting products.As the main index that affects the performance of casting coatings,the coating thickness directly affects the quality of castings.In this paper,the brushing of alcohol-based paints was taken as the research object to analyze the effects of Baumé and brushing times on the thickness of coatings.Conventional steel castings can be brushed 3 times to meet the coating thickness requirements,and specific products need to be changed according to the product specifications.
