摘  要:A发动机机体的主要攻关方向为漏水问题,目前漏水位置为?6油孔、?20油孔及挺杆孔等。漏水件经过解剖及电镜分析后发现存在油孔氮气孔,芯撑及冷铁套融合不良问题。通过钛铁工艺降低原铁水氮含量、优化浇注温度、优化冷铁套结构等措施,漏水率降幅达40.9%,使得质量稳定可控。The main research direction of engine body A is the problem of water leakage,and the current water leakage position is ?6 oil hole,?20 oil hole and tappet hole.After dissection and electron microscope analysis,it was found that there were oil holes,nitrogen pores,and poor fusion of core support and cold iron sleeve.By reducing the nitrogen content of the raw molten iron by the ferrotitanium process,optimizing the pouring temperature,and optimizing the structure of the cold iron jacket,the water leakage rate was reduced by 40.9%,making the quality stable and controllable.
