摘　　要：分析灰铸铁基体组织的影响因素,通过调整炉料配比,改进变质处理工艺,对比不同种类孕育剂对铸件金相组织的影响,从而提高铸件本体取样抗拉强度。The influencing factors of the matrix structure of gray cast iron were analyzed,and the influence of different types of inoculants on the metallographic structure of castings was compared by adjusting the charge ratio and improving the deterioration treatment process,so as to improve the sampling tensile strength of the casting body.
