摘　　要：电机壳装饰罩是电机上一个重要的外壳零件,是铝合金圆形件,零件高度落差大,进料困难,容易出现填充不足和飞料的问题。浇注系统采用“Y”字梳型结构,拼搭式内浇口解决填充问题,环形排溢系统的设计及加装封料板解决飞料问题。为保证产品的外观质量,型腔、型芯采用整体式结构设计。针对产品粘型腔的问题,增加倒扣式顶针设计,保证产品顺利脱模。The decorative cover of the motor shell is an important shell part on the motor,which is an aluminum alloy round part,with a large height difference of the parts,difficult to feed,and easy to have the problems of insufficient filling and flying materials.The gating system adopts a"Y"comb structure,the assembled inner gate solves the filling problem,and the design of the annular overflow system and the installation of a sealing plate solve the problem of flying materials.In order to ensure the appearance quality of the product,the cavity and core are designed with an integral structure.In view of the problem of sticky cavities of the product,the inverted ejector pin design is added to ensure the smooth demoulding of the product.
