摘　　要：主要介绍了设备备件全生命周期管理的具体实践,针对铸造行业特点,对设备备件的采购、使用、维护、报废等阶段,提出具体管控理念和措施,降低成本,保障设备运行的可靠性和工艺精度,实现提质增效的目的。This paper mainly introduces the specific practice of the whole life cycle management of equipment spare parts,and puts forward specific control concepts and measures for the procurement,use,maintenance,scrapping and other stages of equipment spare parts according to the characteristics of the foundry industry,so as to reduce costs,ensure the reliability of equipment operation and process accuracy,and achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.
