摘  要:发动机清洁度作为衡量发动机可靠性的重要指标之一,影响发动机的耐久性能和使用寿命。随着清洁度要求不断提高,发动机加工工序对于铸件来料清洁度需求也不断提高。以体系理念出发,基于铸造流程及铸件清洁度关键点,建立铸造过程清洁度量化评价体系,完善清洁度管理的策划、执行及持续改进,控制前移,强调预防。Engine cleanliness,as one of the important indicators of engine reliability,affects engine durability and service life.As the cleanliness requirements continue to improve,the engine machining process for casting incoming cleanliness needs also continue to improve.Starting from the system concept,based on the casting process and casting cleanliness key points,the establishment of casting process cleanliness quantitative evaluation system,improve the cleanliness management planning,implementation and continuous improvement,control forward,emphasizing prevention.
