基于双步投影算法的多区域互联电热综合能源系统的三层分布式可信分布鲁棒优化调度

摘  要:多区域互联电热综合能源系统(integrated electricity and heat system,IEHS)成为未来能源互联网发展的重要方向。在多区域互联IEHS协同中,电力系统运营商须同时与省级调度中心和本地区域供热系统运营商协同,因此对分布式协同算法的收敛性提出更高要求;同时,各区域间可再生能源不确定性的时空关联特性进一步加剧了各区域子调度问题的本地计算求解难度。该文提出基于双步投影算法的多区域互联IEHS三层分布式可信分布鲁棒优化调度模型。首先,基于双步投影算法,提出适用于多区域互联IEHS的三层分布式协同调度模式;其次,在不确定性调度模型方面,提出可信分布鲁棒优化模型,以提升分布鲁棒优化的经济性,并基于对偶理论、Bonferroni不等式与条件风险价值近似方法,将可信分布鲁棒模型转化为确定性线性模型;然后,提出基于双步投影的快速分布式协同算法,以实现多区域IEHS调度问题的快速分布式求解。不同规模案例仿真表明,所提可信分布鲁棒模型能显著降低IEHS的调度成本,且所提双步投影算法能在极少迭代次数内求解出多区域IEHS的全局最优解,与集中式调度的误差小于千分之一。Multi-area integrated electricity and heat system(IEHS)has emerged as a significant focus for the future development of the energy internet.In the multi-area IEHS coordination,the electric power system operator is required to cooperate with both provincial dispatch center and district heating system operators simultaneously,thereby imposing higher demands on the convergence of distributed coordinated solution algorithms.Furthermore,the spatial and temporal correlations of renewable energy uncertainties across different areas exacerbate the complexity of solving local subscheduling problems within each area.This paper proposes a trilevel distributed credible distributionally robust optimization model for multi-area IEHS based on the two-step projection algorithm.First,a trilevel distributed dispatch framework is established for multi-area IEHSs based on the two-step projection algorithm.Second,to deal with the uncertainties of renewable energy,this paper proposes a credible distributionally robust optimization model in order to improve the economy of the distributionally robust optimization.Additionally,leveraging duality theory,Bonferroni's inequality,and conditional value-at-risk approximation,the credible distributionally robust model is reformulated into a deterministic linear model.A novel distributed algorithm is then proposed to address the multi-area IEHS dispatch problem in a decentralized manner.The simulation results from two case studies of varying scales show that the proposed model can significantly reduce the costs of IEHS dispatch.Meanwhile,the two-step projection algorithm effectively resolves the multi-area IEHS dispatch problem in a minimal number of iterations.Compared with centralized dispatch algorithm,the calculation error remains below 0.1%,which confirms its high accuracy.
