摘  要:开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)高速运行时,由于反电动势较大,励磁绕组电流上升和下降较为缓慢,导致电机系统的效率、输出能力降低。为解决上述问题,提出一种新型五电平功率变换电路和简化系统控制架构的集中功率控制方法。该方法将三电平有源前端和五电平功率变换电路组成AC-DC-DC变换器,并通过速度闭环直接调节网侧馈入机侧的功率流,移除直流电压控制回路,实现系统的集中控制;同时,利用有源前端的Boost特性和五电平功率变换电路的多电平驱动能力,提高电感增大区的利用率,实现电机的快速励磁和退磁功能;最后,通过实验结果验证所提方法的有效性及在效率、输出能力和动态性能等方面的优势。During high-speed operation,the switched reluctance motor(SRM)experiences a significant counter electromotive force,leading to slow changes in excitation coil current,subsequently resulting in a reduction in the motor’s efficiency and output capacity.To address these issues,a novel five-level power conversion circuit and a simplified system control architecture for centralized power control are proposed.This method combines a three-level active front-end with a five-level power conversion circuit to form an AC-DC-DC converter.Through a speed closed-loop control,it directly regulates the power flow from the grid side to the machine side,successfully eliminating the need for a DC voltage control loop,thus achieving centralized system control.Additionally,by harnessing the Boost feature of the active front-end and the multi-level drive capability of the five-level power conversion circuit,the utilization of the inductance increase region is improved,enabling rapid excitation and demagnetization of the motor.Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,demonstrating advantages in terms of efficiency,output capacity,and dynamic performance.
