摘 要:绕组线是电力变压器线圈轴向支撑结构的关键材料之一,多次短路冲击下变压器绕组线的累积效应尚不清晰。该文提出适用于变压器绕组线的多次短路冲击等效试验方法,搭建模拟短路力的动态冲击试验平台,与传统静态试验方法相比更符合实际故障情况。试验获得绕组线在多种不同短路工况下的累积形变规律,结果表明:累积形变随短路次数增加呈增长饱和趋势;短路间隔类型对绕组线累积效应特性具有影响;以一台500kV变压器为实例计算,多次短路后各线圈阻抗最大变化为1.21%,有潜在失稳风险。研究结果揭示了绕组线的多次短路累积效应特性,为进一步研究多次短路累积效应对变压器抗短路能力的影响和短路动态计算提供了技术支撑。Winding wires are crucial components of structural supports along the axial direction of the coils in power transformers.However,the cumulative effects of multiple short-circuit impacts on transformer winding wires remain unclear.This paper proposes a multiple short-circuit impact equivalent test method applicable to winding wires.A dynamic impact test platform is constructed to overcome the limitations of static loads in material tests.The experiment reveals the patterns of cumulative deformations of winding wires.The results indicate that the cumulative deformation increases and saturates with the increasing number of short-circuits.The type of short-circuit interval influences short-circuit cumulative properties of winding wires.A calculation method for transformer coil impedance changes based on deformations of winding wires is proposed.Example calculations demonstrate that the impedance of each coil changes after multiple short-circuits,with a maximum impedance change of 1.21%,leading to a potential risk of fault.The research elucidates the cumulative effect properties of multiple short-circuits on winding wires,providing technical support for further studying the influence of multiple short-circuit cumulative effects on transformer short-circuit withstand capability and dynamic response calculations of transformer coils.
