摘　　要：On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the current Constitution of China(hereinafter referred to as the 1982 Constitution),General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important article titled Writing a New Chapter in the Practice of China's Constitution in the New Era:Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Enactment of China's Current Constitution(hereinafter referred to as the important article).1This important article comprehensively reviews the historical process of China’s constitutional system development,and systematically summarizes the signifi cant achievements and experiences in the implementation of the 1982 Constitution for 40 years,especially in the past decade of constitutional practice in the new era.
