摘　　要：The Constitution is the fundamental law of a country and the general program for managing state aff airs.The constitutional thought in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the core content of the theoretical system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.The constitutional thought is lofty in purpose,clear in viewpoint,profound in thought,and rich in content,possessing a very clear and profound logic of the constitutional theory under socialism with Chinese characteristics.
