摘　　要：文章介绍了《科学数据共享机理与实证研究》一书的创作背景,并从研究内容与结构安排、研究方法与数据来源、创新之处与研究贡献方面对该书进行较为具体而客观评价。该书共六篇、13章、25万字,内容丰富、结构清晰、层次分明;综合采用文献调研、问卷调查、形式概念分析、实证分析、系统动力学、演化博弈等多元研究方法,数据可靠、过程规范、结论科学;从数据提供者与使用者两个视角进行实证探索,视角独到、论述充分、贡献突出。总之,该书作为信息资源管理视角下对科学数据共享问题的新探索,具有重要的理论与实践价值,是一部颇具特色的力作。This review introduces the background of the monograph"Mechanism and Empirical Research on Scientific Data Sharing",and provides a more detailed and objective evaluation of the monograph from the aspects of research content and structure,methods and data,innovations and contributions.The monograph consists of six parts,13 chapters,and 250 thousand words,with rich content,clear structure,and distinct levels;Multiple research methods are adopted,such as literature review,questionnaire survey,formal concept analysis,empirical analysis,system dynamics,and evolutionary game theory,etc.,with reliable data,standardized processes,and scientific conclusions;Empirical exploration from the perspectives of data providers and users is implemented,with unique perspectives,sufficient discussion,and outstanding contributions.In short,as a new exploration of scientific data sharing issues from the perspective of information resource management,this monograph has important theoretical and practical value,which is a distinctive masterpiece.
